Cape Town - Cope leader Mosiuoa Lekota said on Thursdaythat he was expecting action in Parliament where President Jacob Zuma was todeliver his State of The Nation address.

"Well, I think

there is going to be a bit ofdrama," Lekota told News24 as he made his way onto the red carpet outsideParliament.

"I think there is going to be quite a bit of debate[on Zuma's ]... legitimacy to address the House. Surely there will be a lot ofpeople, members, who will not be happy about the fact that he should standthere and try to address us."

Deputy Minister of Agriculture Bheki Cele arrived in oneof his signature fedora hats. Cele wore a blue hat which matched his wife'soutfit. He said it was one of the 43 hats that he owned.

Cele was more optimistic about Zuma's address.

He said he hoped the president would touch on aspects ofmanufacturing, the problems in the mining industry, as well as agriculture.
